Qualitative analysis of patient feedback on prehospital analgesia

Zusammenfassung Hintergrund Die Ermittlung der Patientenzufriedenheit ist im Rahmen des Qualitätsmanagements bei Rettungsdienst-Kooperation in Schleswig-Holstein (RKiSH) gGmbH von großer Bedeutung. vorliegende Auswertung ergänzt die Ergebnisse quantitativen Befragung. folgende führte zu Erkenntnis, dass Medikation keinen signifikanten Einfluss auf hat. Der Fragebogen wurde weiter validiert und Freitextanalyse hier vorgestellt (siehe Online-Zusatzmaterial Artikels). Methode 118 Freitextantworten aus dem ursprünglichen wurden mit zwei Codern einem selbst definierten Codesystem Kategorien positiv, negativ keine Zuordnung verteilt. 515 Codierungen (codierte Freitextantworten) Bezug das Antwortverhalten bewertet. positiven Anteile waren 61 % ( n = 169) am höchsten. negativen hatten einen Wert 27,1 75). Ein Anteil 11,9 33) konnte keiner beiden zugeordnet werden. jeweils konnten werden unterscheiden sich voneinander. Schlussfolgerung untermauern, brachten jedoch neuen Aspekte mehr hervor.
